1. Acceptance

By installing or using Velvo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Velvo is a media player application for Smart TVs. It provides a graphical interface through which users can connect and interact with their own third-party IPTV subscriptions.

Velvo does not provide, host, cache, transmit, index, or distribute any audio-visual content whatsoever. Velvo has no affiliation with, and no commercial or technical relationship with, any IPTV service provider. All streams are initiated and delivered exclusively by the third-party provider whose credentials the user supplies. Velvo merely renders the stream URL returned by that provider inside a standard system video player.

Velvo is comparable in nature to a web browser or media player such as VLC — it is a neutral tool that plays URLs. The legality of the content accessed through those URLs is entirely the responsibility of the user and their chosen provider.

3. User Responsibility & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Velvo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold a valid, legitimate subscription with the IPTV provider whose credentials you enter;
• Your use of that provider's service complies with applicable laws in your country of residence;
• You are solely responsible for verifying that the content you access through your provider is lawfully available to you.

Velvo takes no responsibility for, and makes no representation about, the legality, quality, or availability of any content delivered by third-party IPTV providers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free trial lasts 48 hours and requires no payment method.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed via PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting access without recurring charges.
• Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes.

4a. Device-Bound Licences

All Velvo subscriptions — including Lifetime plans — are tied to a single physical device. A subscription grants access to the App on the specific TV on which it was activated, identified by a unique device identifier generated at installation.

The following consequences apply:

• A Lifetime licence does not transfer to a new or replacement device. If you replace, reset, or change your TV, a new subscription is required for the new device.
• Subscriptions are not transferable between devices, users, or households under any circumstances.
• A device reset or factory restore that changes the device identifier will be treated as a new device.
• Velvo is not responsible for loss of access resulting from device replacement, loss, theft, or hardware failure.

By purchasing a Lifetime plan, you acknowledge and accept that the licence is permanently bound to the device on which it is first activated.

4b. Promo Codes

Velvo may issue promotional codes that grant free trial extensions, monthly access, or lifetime access. The following conditions apply:

• Each promo code is single-use and can only be redeemed once, by one device.
• Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• A redeemed code is permanently bound to the device that activated it and cannot be moved to another device.
• Velvo reserves the right to expire or revoke promo codes at any time without notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from within the App or through PayPal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after purchase, including in cases of device replacement or loss.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Velvo only in accordance with applicable laws. You acknowledge that:

• Velvo is a player only — it does not select, recommend, or endorse any content;
• You bear sole responsibility for ensuring your IPTV provider operates lawfully;
• Velvo may not be used to circumvent any digital rights management system or to access content without proper authorisation;
• Velvo reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these Terms.

7. Privacy

Velvo stores your device identifier and IPTV credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM) solely to enable the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. 8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Velvo is not liable for:

• The availability, quality, or legality of any content streamed through a third-party provider;
• Any interruption of service caused by the user's IPTV provider;
• Any legal claims arising from the user's choice of IPTV provider or content accessed;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velvo's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
